We are moving our Master Data Management solution to the cloud and need your expertise to deliver an enterprise platform for the future. We are building a real-time capability that will connect to an array of Humana applications that drive the business. This multi-year pursuit will build a single source of truth and rely on an AWS backbone that will revolutionize the way our data is stored and presented within Humana.
Responsibilities
The Lead Application Architect performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent applications. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Strong MDM architecture and design skills with exposure to at least 2 – 3 end-to-end MDM implementations.
Candidate with 6+ years of experience in Master Data Management projects preferably with Reltio MDM.
2+ years of Reltio MDM Technical Lead
Strong .NET, REST Services, Database tools, Pub/Sub messaging and containerization/Kubernetes
Experience or understanding with DevOps, CI/CD, Test Automation in Data Services area
Excellent communication skills and capability to engage with customers stakeholders to drive MDM design decisions
Must have proven and demonstrable client facing skills
General understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL tools
Responsibilities:
Looking for a strong MDM Technical Lead having experience with implementing Reltio solutions
The role will be key for providing technical leadership from MDM standpoint – architecture, Reltio best practices, integration in/out for downstream systems
Phases best practices and processes Ability to translate business requirements to technical design and code, Performance tuning of Application Database for MDM platform
Collaborate with various technical teams and business users for Development QA and Operations Support
To support current platform dev efforts with implementation vendor
To support DevOps efforts down the lane
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
8 or more experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
Prior project architect and/or team lead experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.
• Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.
• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)
• Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
